These terms are a draft for review before the store opens. They are not yet in force and should be checked by a legal adviser.

Licence

Buying a tool gives you a non-exclusive licence to use it for your own business or personal purposes. You may customise it with your own name, logo and data.

Not allowed

You may not resell, sublicense, share publicly or redistribute the original tool or its templates, in whole or in part.

Formats

One purchase gives you every format available for that tool at the time of purchase, and formats added later for the same tool.

Updates

Corrections and minor updates for the same version are free and appear in My Banniz Tools.

No professional advice

The tools support calculations and reporting. They are not accounting, tax, legal or investment advice, and IFRS tools do not guarantee compliance.

Refunds

Refund rules for digital products will be set out here before the store opens, in line with consumer law in the buyer's country.
